Refunds, Exchanges and Transfers

At sheldonjandrus.com, all products and services are created with significant time, expertise, and strategic value. Because of the nature of coaching, consulting, digital content, and limited-capacity programming, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits—without exception—on any of the following:

  • Digital products (downloads, templates, guides, frameworks, courses, playbooks)

  • Coaching or consulting sessions

  • Collectives, cohorts, masterminds, or group programs

  • Memberships or subscriptions

  • Speaking engagements or training bookings

  • On-site consulting intensives

  • Event registrations or workshops

Please read all details carefully before making a purchase.

1. Coaching, Consulting & Capacity-Based Programs

Due to the limited number of seats and the high-level access provided, payments for coaching, consulting, intensives, and Collectives are non-refundable.
Once your spot is confirmed, it cannot be transferred or refunded.

If you choose to discontinue a program early, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused sessions.

2. Digital Products & Online Content

All digital products are delivered instantly and considered “used” upon access.
For that reason, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable, including templates, downloads, courses, videos, frameworks, or tools.

3. Subscription & Membership Access

If you subscribe to any recurring service:

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

  • You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the period.

  • Canceling prevents future charges, but does not issue retroactive refunds.

No pro-rated refunds are offered for partially used months.

4. Event Registrations

Event registrations and workshop fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request (at our discretion) a seat transfer to a future event or another attendee. Seat transfers are not guaranteed.

5. Failed or Missed Payments

If a payment method fails, we may pause your access until the payment is resolved.
Continued nonpayment may result in removal from programs without refund.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for a product or service delivered in full is considered a violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide evidence of delivery, access, and policy acknowledgment.

7. Exceptions

We do not offer exceptions to this policy.
This allows us to protect program integrity, maintain fairness, and honor the limited availability of our coaching and consulting environments.
